Mikhail Malinin told 7x7 that he was picketing for about half an hour with a poster “Freedom for Alexey Navalny. Freedom for Russia ”, the police approached him, took pictures and said that it’s forbidden to hold public actions in the territories adjacent to the buildings of emergency services, to which the police belong.
Three days after the picket, the activist was sent a summons to draw up a protocol. He didn't come, and the protocol was drawn up without him. In response to a summons to the court on March 2, Malinin filed an application for consideration of the case in his absence. In the future, he is going to appeal the court's decision.
